Our team was delighted to help a growing family transform their unfinished basement into a welcoming guest suite. The suite features a bedroom, bathroom, and media area, and required the rerouting of the HVAC system to accommodate the new ceilings. At 800 square feet, the finished space is comfortable and functional, providing the perfect place for guests to relax and enjoy their stay.
We worked closely with the homeowners to understand their vision for the space and brought it to life with careful planning and attention to detail. The result is a beautifully finished basement suite that the entire family can enjoy for years to come.
