Previously a cold storage facility, this substantial commercial tenancy improvement was undertaken to construct a 22,000 sq.ft. gymnastics facility in Saanich, BC. Work included the construction of a main entrance and reception area, a classroom and kindergym, as well as three large changerooms/bathrooms. Working closely with the equipment manufacturers, the project included the installation of all required gymnastics equipment: a 600 sq.ft. spring floor, elevated podiums with foam pits, high bars and ring towers, as well as all required support rigging.
